All vehicles, trailers, boats, or other large objects must be moved from the driveway or access point of house PRIOR to delivery day and also during installation. If there is a delay to moving the vehicles, we must charge for our wasted time. $60.00 / hour per employee. Also there could be re-delivery fees. Any possible damage to items left in the access areas are not the responsibility of Mears Roofing. It is essential to our work that we have free and clear access to your roof. There is a 3% processing fee for credit or debit card transactions. This is the fee charged to Mears Roofing. You agree you have read the "What to Expect" document AND give your tenant a copy of the "Notice to Tenants" if applicable Most homes have either OSB or CDX sheeting that is 4' x 8' sheets. Some older homes have skip sheeting or ship-lap sheeting which is not sufficient. We do our best to determine this PRIOR to re-roofing the house. However, sometimes we don't see it. A change order may be necessary, the cost to sheet a home with OSB is $109.00 per Square. 30% Deposit is due upon scheduling. The remainder is due upon SUBSTANTIAL completion. Alternative payment plans must be agreed to in writing by Mears Roofing PRIOR to starting the work.
