Poor installation is the #1 cause of roof failure! In 15 years we have had zero lawsuits or roof failures beyond material defects (which the manufacturer replaces). And any small defects are handled immediately without any barrier or excessive effort by you, the customer. No need to fill in a pesky form, just reach out and we will be there. This IS the pacific northwest, it IS rainy and windy here- we ensure peace of mind but we cannot guarantee mother nature doesn't do her thing- we can ensure we treat your home or business as our own with our sense of urgency and honest assessment of any issues that could arise.

Ben discovered he was good at "selling" homeowners on construction work while simultaneously realizing he HATES sales! He comes from the perspective that people just want to be helped and have someone in their corner. Prior to founding Mears Roofing with Jackie, he started off already having diverse experience as a business owner, property manager, hospital buyer, contracts manager AND.... a Fireman. He is his happiest when he can help people. If possible, Ben would complete all work for free and water tight your entire home all while making you laugh and turning your scared dog into a golden retriever. When he comes to your home, his only goal is to assess what your roof needs. At least once a week he gives people the good news that their roof can last another five years or more and just needs a cleaning or repair! During our inspections for real estate transactions ( mearsroofs.com/realestate ) he will use his drone if possible or climb up ON YOUR ROOF to get pictures and details needed. Imagine that, an inspector that goes on your roof? No way! He is always ready to lend a helping hand and was the initiator at Mears Roofing to start doing community work for those in need. You can see where he started this endeavor when we first opened our doors- google "Ruth's Roof" in Seattle Washington. Since then, he has cultivated several relationships to give back to the community- including Habitat for Humanity, Multi-Service Center and Tribal community of Puyallup! He loves kids, dogs, his wife and his business. If he doesn't know how to fix something, he will youtube it and get right to work! It will never be "stress free" to have water proofing replaced- however she knows what it takes to make the experience the most enjoyable any home improvement can be. Her past real estate agent experience, including buying, selling, property management and rentals makes her exceptionally easy to work with during a real estate transaction.
