To say that we could not succeed at the level we have experienced without our women lead team is an understatement! Ericka Seaton our General Manager joined us in 2015. Ericka started off as a customer service representative and administrator. Through the years she has grown her knowledge of the business and industry so much that she essentially runs the entire operation as a boots on the ground commander in chief. She is capable of so much including everything from managing jobs, crews, closing deals with our customers over the phone with her product and roofing system knowledge, estimating large commercial projects and so much more.
