To say that we could not succeed at the level we have experienced without our women lead team is an understatement! Ericka Seaton our General Manager joined us in 2015. Ericka started off as a customer service representative and administrator. Through the years she has grown her knowledge of the business and industry so much that she essentially runs the entire operation as a boots on the ground commander in chief. She is capable of so much including everything from managing jobs, crews, closing deals with our customers over the phone with her product and roofing system knowledge, estimating large commercial projects and so much more. She is a key pillar in our organization and we are thankful to have her tenacious leadership. 

​Leonna Reyes came on board in 2021 and helped take our business to the next level! Leonna is bilingual and been a key part of running our safety meetings, dispatching crews and project managing. This was such a great project! It's always a great experience to restore a historic building in our city! This structure had an existing built up hot tar roofing system that had reached the end of it's useful life. Our customer called a handful of contractors and after interviewing them they chose Mears Roofing! We tore off the failing roof and installed a new GAF TPO roofing system with a 20 year warranty. The roof was vented with some very unique custom fabricated vents which we restored to look like new. We completed the waterproofing and aesthetics of the roof with new coping metal. 

The project went so well that the neighbor had us install their roof as well, which can be seen in the top right of the drone footage below!

Mears Roofing had an amazing opportunity to transform a Gig Harbor WA home with a metal and asphalt shingle roof. This was a new construction project and the finished product turned out amazing. We find that metal roofing is a very popular choice in Gig Harbor WA due to the density of trees.
