Since October of 2010 Mear's Roofing has been serving the Puget Sound as one of it's leading roofing contractors. We were founded by Ben and Jackie Mears, an amazing entrepreneurial couple with a true heart of service which bleeds into everything that they do! Ben has been roofing for several decades and is our front line representative out in the field with our customers while Jackie is a strong business minded leader helping to advance our service platform.
Jackie is the majority owner of Mear's Roofing and believes strongly in empowering other women to succeed in the industry, this is reflected in the leadership team she has built to run their successful family business.

To say that we could not succeed at the level we have experienced without our women lead team is an understatement! Ericka Seaton our General Manager joined us in 2015. Ericka started off as a customer service representative and administrator. Through the years she has grown her knowledge of the business and industry so much that she essentially runs the entire operation as a boots on the ground commander in chief. She is capable of so much including everything from managing jobs, crews, closing deals with our customers over the phone with her product and roofing system knowledge, estimating large commercial projects and so much more. She is a key pillar in our organization and we are thankful to have her tenacious leadership.
Leonna Reyes came on board in 2021 and helped take our business to the next level! Leonna is bilingual and been a key part of running our safety meetings, dispatching crews and project managing. In addition she is the front line operator for all customer interactions that come into the office. She does so much!

Woman Owned Business Certification
In 2023 we took the next step in honoring the history of Mear's Roofing being woman owned and operated by completing the WMBE certification process. We are proud to announce that we are now registered with the state of Washington and serving the community of General Contractors as the latest WMBE contractor. This empowers us to forge forward into the Federal, State and private commercial sectors. With our history of residential and commercial project success we are excited to take the public sector by storm.
