When you put off having a roof leak repaired, it WILL wreak havoc in areas that the eye cannot see. There are many structural and weight bearing beams on this roof that are compromised due to the rot. An annual inspection and a simple, affordable roof repair would have literally saved our client thousands of dollars during their re-roof.
