This was such a great project! It's always a great experience to restore a historic building in our city! This structure had an existing built up hot tar roofing system that had reached the end of it's useful life. Our customer called a handful of contractors and after interviewing them they chose Mears Roofing! We tore off the failing roof and installed a new GAF TPO roofing system with a 20 year warranty. The roof was vented with some very unique custom fabricated vents which we restored to look like new. We completed the waterproofing and aesthetics of the roof with new coping metal.
The project went so well that the neighbor had us install their roof as well, which can be seen in the top right of the drone footage below!
